Discovery Health medical scheme has launched the new obstetrics and gynaecology coding structure which went live on the first of September 2020.

The South African Medical Association Medical Coding Division had numerous engagement between the South African Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (SASOG), Healthman and Discovery Health regarding coding changes and implementing this new structure.
