Circular 42 of 2018: Draft Medical Schemes Consolidation Framework

This Circular serve as an invite for comments and input by all interested stakeholders on the Draft Framework for Medial Schemes Consolidation. As indicated in Circular 33 of 2018, in 2017, the CMS appointed an actuarial firm to undertake an impact analysis on medical schemes consolidation with a view of proposing a framework for consolidation in preparation for CMS participation within the identified NHI Ministerial and National Advisory Committees.
