2026 ICD-10 Electronic Browser
The stand-alone ICD-10 browser by SAMA includes the official 2014 MIT ICD-10 codes used in South Africa, licensed from the World Health Organisation. It’s designed for practices not using the eCCSA or eMDCM. It includes the 2013 PMB list and allows searches by disease names. The program updates automatically with new content when opened.

The Complete CPT® for South Africa (CCSA) includes the American Medical Association’s standardized codes for medical procedures and services. The 2026 SAMA electronic version, effective January 1, 2026, covers all 2025 CPT codes and modifiers, organized by six main sections. It features easy search and added ICD-10 codes. Annual licensing fees are required by the American Medical Association.

The Complete CPT® for South Africa (CCSA) uses the American Medical Association’s coding system to simplify the reporting of medical procedures, each identified by a five-digit code. It covers six main sections: Evaluation/Management, Anesthesia, Surgery, Radiology, Pathology/Laboratory, and Medicine. Accurate coding is essential, even if not all services are covered by funders. Patients may need to pay directly or receive reimbursement.
